The 407 ETR is a 108-kilometre all-electronic toll highway serving the Greater Toronto Area, providing critical congestion relief to Highway 401, one of the busiest highways in North America. With approximately 73 years remaining on its Concession Agreement with the Province of Ontario, the 407 ETR benefits from long-duration, stable cash flows underpinned by essential transportation demand. The highway serves Canada’s largest economic hub, contributing significantly to Ontario’s and Canada’s GDP.
This investment offers our families direct exposure to a high-quality, long-duration infrastructure asset, co-invested alongside a distinguished group of institutional investors.
