About Elyse
Having held senior leadership roles across the financial services industry, Elyse Leger brings more than 30 years of experience in investment management and private wealth.
Most recently, she served as Senior Investment Counsellor at Fiera Capital Private Wealth in Montreal. Her career has included senior roles as an actuary and investment consultant with leading Canadian consulting firms, investment manager at one of Canada’s largest pension funds, and vice president at a prominent investment management firm.
Deeply committed to her community, Elyse serves on the Board of Directors of the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation and actively supports several non-profit organizations. A recognized industry expert, she is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events focused on wealth management and capital markets.
Elyse holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Throughout her career, Elyse has held senior leadership and relationship management roles, including Senior Investment Counsellor at Fiera Capital, Investment Manager at one of Canada's largest pension funds, and as an investment management consultant with leading Canadian consulting firms.

Chief Investment Strategist
Alex Da Costa is the Chief Investment Strategist at Prime Quadrant.
Alex has 25+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a particular focus on alternative investments. Prior to re-joining Prime Quadrant in 2024, he held the position of Senior Vice President at PIMCO, a leading investment manager. From 2019-2022, he served as Head of Investments at Prime Quadrant.
Earlier in his career, Alex held key leadership roles at Pavilion Advisory Group (later acquired by Mercer), and ABN AMRO Asset Management, where he specialized in hedge fund advisory and portfolio management. He also co-founded SilverStreet Capital, playing a crucial role in developing the business, including research and portfolio management.
Alex holds an MSc in Finance from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Southampton.

Managing Consultant
Peter Fink is a Managing Consultant at Prime Quadrant.
Peter has over 30 years of business development and relationship management experience, working with institutional and family office investors. He has been increasingly involved with alternative investments for a number of years.
Prior to Prime Quadrant, Peter had worked at Kensington Capital in Toronto, and previously for two alternatives investment managers in the U.S. Before that he had been in senior roles with Russell Investments and Citigroup, both in Canada and the U.S.
Peter has a B. Comm. (Economics) from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Holland-Bloorview Hospital and was a former member of the Investment Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Toronto.
