We started Prime Quadrant because the industry kept measuring the wrong things. Portfolios were managed in isolation from the families who owned them, and service was shaped by what generated commissions rather than what genuinely served the client.

So we built the firm we wished existed. Twenty-five years later, the same independent, family-office-first DNA still shapes how we hire and how we serve.
