TORONTO & NEW YORK — September 1, 2026 — Mo Lidsky, Chief Executive Officer of Prime Quadrant Corp. (“Prime Quadrant”), and Marcelo Mendoza, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Central Family Advisors, LLC (“CenFam”), are pleased to announce that CenFam has joined with Prime Quadrant, effective September 1, 2026.
Prime Quadrant, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and CenFam, based in New York City, each serve high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals, and provide complementary consulting and advisory services. Founded in 2016, CenFam has built a trusted, independent practice around fixed-fee, non-discretionary advice: helping families monitor risk, evaluate costs and coordinate investment decisions without requiring them to move assets or accounts. Both firms are independently operated and committed to fiduciary, unbiased advice for the families they serve.
