Executive Team
Mo Lidsky is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Quadrant.
Prior to leading Prime Quadrant, Mo built, bought, sold, and managed organizations across a range of sectors, including education, auto restoration, e-commerce, and microfinance. In each of his entrepreneurial ventures, Mo has tried to innovate, disrupt and improve each of the industries he touched.
Philanthropy has always been a cornerstone of Mo’s personal and professional life. He currently serves as Chairman of Prime Quadrant Foundation, sponsoring initiatives that aim to create lasting social impact, with a focus on mental health. In addition, he has sat on the boards of various hospitals and universities in Canada and Israel, including Hebrew University, Mount Sinai Hospital, Haifa University, Jerusalem College for Technology, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, and CAF Canada, where he served as founding Chairman. Mo has also sat on multiple institutional investment committees and served as Chief Executive Officer of Yeshiva University (Canada), overseeing strategic development, recruitment, and the management of the Canadian endowment.
Mo is a frequent speaker on issues that affect affluent families, and is the author or co-author of four books, including: Partners in Preservation: How to Know Your Advisor Is Truly Protecting Your Wealth, The Philanthropic Mind: Surprising Discoveries from Canada’s Top Philanthropists, In Search of the Prime Quadrant: The Quest for Better Investment Decisions, and Selling Snake Oil: Investment Lessons from the World’s Greatest Frauds. Mo holds multiple degrees, Magna Cum Laude, from Yeshiva University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Apsley Business School of London.
Above all, Mo’s proudest achievement is his family. He and his wife, Naomi, have raised five remarkable children, and continue to learn from them every day.
Peter has over 30 years of business development and relationship management experience, working with institutional and family office investors. He has been increasingly involved with alternative investments for a number of years.
Prior to Prime Quadrant, Peter had worked at Kensington Capital in Toronto, and previously for two alternatives investment managers in the U.S. Before that he had been in senior roles with Russell Investments and Citigroup, both in Canada and the U.S.
Peter has a B. Comm. (Economics) from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Holland-Bloorview Hospital and was a former member of the Investment Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Toronto.
Alex Da Costa is the Chief Investment Strategist at Prime Quadrant.
Alex has 25+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a particular focus on alternative investments. Prior to re-joining Prime Quadrant in 2024, he held the position of Senior Vice President at PIMCO, a leading investment manager. From 2019-2022, he served as Head of Investments at Prime Quadrant.
Earlier in his career, Alex held key leadership roles at Pavilion Advisory Group (later acquired by Mercer), and ABN AMRO Asset Management, where he specialized in hedge fund advisory and portfolio management. He also co-founded SilverStreet Capital, playing a crucial role in developing the business, including research and portfolio management.
Alex holds an MSc in Finance from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Southampton.
Roy Bernhard is the Chief Information Officer at Prime Quadrant.
He leads the firm’s IT strategy and technological transformation to support its mission of delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders. His focus is on streamlining processes using technology, driving innovation, and implementing scalable systems that enhance efficiency and impact.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Roy served as the CEO of a global fintech firm and Executive Director of a leading law firm. Over his 25-year career, he has spearheaded numerous digital transformation initiatives, including the development of AI-driven frameworks, Web 3.0 solutions, and advanced digital infrastructures for organizations across a range of industries.
Roy holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Western University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School. Known for his expertise in AI, blockchain, and organizational design, he is a sought-after advisor and speaker on transformative technologies.
Outside of work, Roy loves experimenting in the kitchen with gourmet recipes for friends and family, geeking out over high-end audio gear and wine, writing software, and mentoring the next generation of technologists. He is an avid supporter of youth soccer and manages his son’s team. Roy also frequently contributes to white papers and thought leadership on emerging technologies.
Dijana Ebach is the Chief of Staff at Prime Quadrant and sits on the HR, Business Development, and Social & Communications committees.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Dijana was the Chapter Manager for one of the largest Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) chapters in the world. She is an expert in organizational engagement & Board operations, curating the highest quality of executive learning and programming, as well as strategic partnerships.
Prior to YPO, Dijana served as the Customer Experience Director for one of Canada's oldest HR providers.
Dijana holds a diploma in film and television production from the Toronto Film School and is a serial volunteer.
She enjoys running, the arts, the Toronto food scene, and above all, spending time with her young family.
Andrew Doman is the Chief Operating Officer of Prime Quadrant.
Andrew is a member of our Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Andrew has spent the last 20 years in the financial industry including holding senior roles as CFO of Turtle Creek Asset Management, COO of Man Investments Canada, and COO of Abria Financial Group. Andrew also served as Deputy Chair of the Canadian arm of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA).
Andrew received his MBA from the University of Toronto in 1998 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 1994.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his active and sports minded family and serves as a director and Treasurer for the Oakville Soccer Club.
Mark Roth is the Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Risk Officer of Prime Quadrant.
Mark is a member of our Executive Committee and Chairs our Risk & Compliance Committee.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Mark held the role of Co-President, Operations & Strategy and CCO for Forthlane Partners and served as the Managing Director and Head of Business Management for the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). Before moving to Canada, Mark spent eight years at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he held the successive roles of Head of Capital Markets Risk and then Chief Global Market and Operational Risk Officer for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Mark has also occupied CFO, CAO and COO roles for Bassini Playfair Wright LLC in New York and Sao Paulo, and Deutsche Asset Management in the US and UK.
Mark earned his BA in Economics from Yale University, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
In his spare time, Mark is occupied with a growing family, and also serves as past National President and current Board member of Hadassah Associates, a 30,000 member US-based organization committed to advancing medical care, healing and education around the world.

Mikhail Pozdniakov is the Head of Risk at Prime Quadrant.
Before joining, Mikhail was a Senior Operational Due Diligence Analyst at Albourne Partners. He holds an MA in Theory & Criticism from Western University and a BA in English from York University.
Outside of work, Mikhail enjoys acoustics and sound engineering, as well as film, music, literature and games.
Nancy Marshall is a Managing Consultant & the Head of Family Office Solutions at Prime Quadrant.
Growing up in a family enterprise, coupled with close to 30 years in the financial services industry, Nancy understands operational and familial harmony, risk and conflict. Before joining Prime Quadrant, Nancy worked with ultra-affluent families at BMO Private Wealth assisting families in navigating all available options across the bank and helping them plan and navigate the M&A process. Before working on the wealth side, she worked in capital markets and corporate finance both in New York and Toronto for JPMorgan Chase covering some of the largest energy companies in North and South America.
Nancy holds an MBA in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University and a BComm in Marketing and Management from Mount Allison University. She also holds the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation. Aside from being busy with her husband and three ‘almost-grown’ children, Nancy is a competitive equestrian and an avid tennis player.
Megan Duncan is a Consultant at Prime Quadrant.
Before joining Prime Quadrant, Megan held roles at Cidel and CI Global Asset Management, where she specialized in client relationships, asset management, and trust and estate services, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Megan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA from McMaster University. She is a Chartered Investment Manager and holds her Trust and Estate Practitioner designation.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys travelling, baking, reading, and staying active.
Jamie Spinner is a Managing Consultant at Prime Quadrant. Jamie provides investment consulting advice and serves as a trusted advisor to families. Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Jamie was an Investment Manager with a single family office in Toronto and a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton where he led private M&A transactions. Jamie has also worked in equity research for Blackmont Capital, covering publicly listed consumer product companies.
Jamie has a diverse background in financial services. His 20+ year career spanning wealth management, institutional equity research, corporate finance and private market M&A provides him with a unique lens in advising families. Jamie has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Jamie is a CFA charterholder and has completed the Canadian Securities and Exempt Market Dealer courses.
Jamie is an avid skier, devoted Montreal Canadiens fan and enjoys traveling with his family. Jamie sits on the Leo Baeck Day School Board of Directors and is a member of its Investment Committee.
Ginger Rothenberger is a Director of Finance at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Ginger worked as Director of Finance at panCELLa Inc. She brings 15 years of experience in senior-level accounting within the financial services industry, having worked with companies that provided hedge funds to both private and institutional investors.
Ginger holds a CPA, CGA designation, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University.
Ginger enjoys spending time with her fur babies and family outside of work. She also enjoys relaxing by trying new recipes on her family and friends.
Adrianna Garisto is an Operations Manager at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Adrianna worked as an Accounts Payable Analyst and Dividend Analyst for UBS Securities Canada. While there, she provided support for the Senior Analysts, assisted in year-end tax and audit processes, and created new, more efficient strategies.
Adrianna holds an MBA in Business Analytics and BBA in Finance from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. She was a member of the Brock Finance and Investment Group and has completed the CFA Level I exam.
Adrianna enjoys being active outside of work by going for runs, playing squash and going golfing. She also loves to travel and tryout new restaurants and is a super fan of most professional sports.
Kristopher Hymovitch is the Domain & Solution Architecture Lead at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Kristopher was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in New York. He specialized in trading US financial and energy equities. Kristopher also worked as a Financial Analyst at CIBC Capital Markets with the Securitization and Structured Products team.
Kristopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
In his spare time, Kristopher enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and reading history.
Bailey Cochrane is a Manager of Corporate Development at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Bailey worked for an independent Investor Relations and Capital Market Advisory firm. While he was there, he supported high growth Canadian companies across various sectors with shareholder communication, investor roadshows, and establishing their investment thesis. Prior thereto, Bailey worked as a Management Consultant with the Goodman Group.
Bailey holds a BBA Honours degree with a concentration in Finance from Goodman School of Business. He also graduated from Niagara College School of Business & Management as a 2-time CCAA Academic All-Canadian.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys traveling, trying new food, and watching sports.
Trish Wilson is a Consultant, Family Office Solutions at Prime Quadrant.
With over 15 years of experience serving affluent families, Trish takes pride in helping clients navigate the complexities of financial, social, and human capital management. As a Consultant in Family Office Solutions at Prime Quadrant, she focuses on listening deeply to client needs and creating thoughtful, tailored solutions.
A certified Family Enterprise Advisor, Trish specializes in aligning family values with governance structures and long-term goals, empowering families to thrive across generations. Known for her innovative approach, she has enhanced engagement strategies, developed tools to assess client well-being, and fostered meaningful connections through curated events.
Outside of work, Trish is passionate about giving back through grassroots initiatives like Toronto Miracle and Community Fridges Toronto. She also serves as a team captain for the Capes for Kids campaign at Prime Quadrant, supporting Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys live music, collecting vinyl records, and hosting lively game nights, creating spaces where connection and joy take centre stage.
Jared Blake is Vice President, Advisor Growth & Advisor Solutions at Prime Quadrant, where he leads the firm's advisor expansion strategy. As the firm extends its platform beyond ultra-affluent families, Jared drives business development, strategic partnerships, and the distribution of Prime Quadrant's wealth and philanthropic solutions across third-party advisors and institutions.
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise sales and leadership, Jared has built and scaled growth initiatives in complex, competitive markets. Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, he served as Vice President of Advisor Growth at Advisor Solutions by Purpose for close to five years, a fintech platform supporting portfolio managers in launching and expanding their practices. Earlier in his career, he spent fourteen years in global sales leadership roles at a SaaS business, partnering with C-suite executives across multinational organizations in the United States and Europe.
Jared got his start selling his own "art" door-to-door at age five and grew up working in his father's menswear business. Entrepreneurship was never a choice so much as a given.
Outside of work, Jared's proudest title is husband to his beautiful and hilarious wife, and father to a son with a jump shot he is passionately coaching from the sidelines and a daughter who splits her time between the ice and the stage. Coffee is how he keeps up.
Rebecca Nicholson is the Foundation Director and Wellness Advisor at Prime Quadrant.
Rebecca is known for her extensive work as a CEO, investor, founder, facilitator and philanthropist in the health, wellness, and psychedelic healing sectors. She has collaborated with Indigenous communities and world-renowned organizations such as Dimensions Retreats, Holos Global, Kuya Wellness, Othership, Beckley Retreats and Rocanā Ventures where her strategic vision and leadership have been pivotal in creating thriving, healing, and supportive environments.
Rebecca’s passion for wellness transcends traditional business roles. She is a certified yoga instructor, trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (Kristin Neff), and has completed The Foundation of Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (Beckley Academy) and Inner Engineering Program (Sadhguru). She has developed a range of unique offerings, including an online platform, Your Yoga Connection, the half-day silent retreat Consciousness Curation, and the Micro-Mentoring program, all designed to foster mindfulness, movement, wellbeing, and a strong sense of community.
A dynamic public speaker and panelist, Rebecca is celebrated for her ability to connect people and ideas, sparking transformative change across the globe. Her work continues to inspire and influence the future of wellness, guiding both individuals and businesses toward greater health, growth, and connection.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Isaac worked as an Investment Analyst in the Quantitative Equities Team at TD Asset Management and co-authored a research paper on the low volatility anomaly that was published by Canadian Investment Review.
Isaac graduated from the John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor in Commerce and Finance and is a CFA Charterholder. At John Molson, Isaac participated in Concordia's co-op program where he gained experience in asset management and corporate finance before joining TD Asset Management.
Joel Ferkul is a Director of Information Technology at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Joel worked in data analytics at Westcourt Capital aggregating their data collection procedures and standardizing their reporting process. He has a strong background in building, implementing, and integrating analytics solutions in a range of industries and brings a diverse toolset to help scale and automate business processes.
Joel graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Business Technology Management.
Joel enjoys being outdoors, biking, or playing hockey. Outside of being active, he enjoys watching new films and exploring innovative trends in the technical space.
Mussie Hailu is a Consultant at Prime Quadrant.
Before joining Prime Quadrant, Mussie was an Analyst at Fiera Capital on the Private Markets team, where he supported the construction of diversified pooled funds allocating across the alternative investment spectrum. Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Mussie worked at a single-family office, where he supported in evaluating and monitoring external managers and served as the lead for the family’s angel capital fund.
Mussie earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Outside of work, Mussie enjoys reading, frequenting museums and cultural events, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Sylvia Solit is the Founder of The Prime Process.
Sylvia holds her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has over two decades of portfolio management experience. She has diverse experience in wealth management, managing portfolios for family offices and ultra-high-net-worth clients with more than $1 billion in assets.
A thought leader and public speaker committed to helping companies and investors leverage capital for transformative societal impact, Sylvia works with founders, families, and boards to help them align their goals and core values to facilitate positive change on a broader scale. She is trained in family governance and is passionate about developing next-generation family members.
In addition to her work in wealth management, Sylvia has experience as an entrepreneur. She co-founded The Oasis Institute in South America and successfully exited the venture before shifting her focus to investing to connect consciousness to capital. She has been a member of the CFA Society since 2011 and holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from New College of Florida.
Richard Roskies is General Counsel for Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Richard spent close to 15 years as a legal adviser specializing in the asset management space working for AUM Law and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.
Richard holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys coaching youth hockey and skiing.
Jaques Clariond is Head of Global Advisory & Senior Adviser at Prime Quadrant. He serves as a trusted adviser to US family office clients in addition to providing leadership across the broader consulting and adviser teams.
Jaques has extensive experience working with family offices, most recently with his private investment office, Baudpont Asset Management, which invests across venture capital, private equity, and real estate. He has also held senior roles with Brookfield Asset Management, Vanguard, and UBS, where he developed investment solutions for family office clients across a variety of traditional and alternative investment asset classes. Jaques also serves on the Investment Committee for Blue Ivy Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on investing in disruptive businesses backed and funded by Yale University alumni. Jaques serves as Chair of Tiger21 Greenwich, the premier global peer membership organization for ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs, investors and executives.
Jaques earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Bowdoin College and an MBA in Asset Management from the School of Management at Yale University. He is a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall, a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Society of New York. Jaques also serves as an officer of the Choate Rosemary Hall Alumni Association Executive Council where he is Chair of the 1890 Society.
Chris Tsoromocos is the Managing Partner of Prime Quadrant Partners and is responsible for leading direct and co-investment opportunities on behalf of Prime Quadrant clients and working with families as a trusted consultant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Chris held various leadership and executive advisory roles with well-established Vancouver-based family offices, where he was primarily responsible for leading investments in private equity, real estate, alternative investments, and public equities. Chris was also a partner in a Canada-based private equity fund focused on both private and public debt and equity investments. Chris previously worked as an investment banker at Citigroup and CIBC Capital Markets in the UK and Canada, where he was involved in M&A and debt and equity offerings.
Chris has a well-established background in direct investing and advisory services. His 20+ year career spanning direct investing, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and executive leadership provides him with a comprehensive view when advising families. Chris has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with honours from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business. He is also a CPA.
In his spare time, Chris is busy raising two young children with his wife, Rachel, and enjoying traveling with his family. Chris is also a board member and Treasurer of the CKNW Kids Fund and a Trustee and Head of the Investment Committee for the St. George's School Foundation.
Irum Awan is a Senior Project Manager at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Irum held the roles of Technical Project Manager and Portfolio Manager at Bell, where she led cross-functional teams—both technical and non-technical—to successfully deliver client-facing and internal IT projects. Before her time at Bell, Irum held several technical roles, which equipped her with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of an organization in Ottawa. She recently relocated from Ottawa to support her new role at Prime Quadrant.
Irum has a Computer Programming diploma from Algonquin College and a Scrum Master Certificate from Scrum 101.
Outside of work, Irum enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and staying active through hiking, biking, and travelling.
Dan Lavallee is a Senior Consultant at Prime Quadrant.
He has over 25 years of experience in capital markets in investment banking and as an institutional investor.
Before joining Prime Quadrant, Dan was a Managing Director at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), where he invested in public and private equities in long-only and absolute-return portfolios. He built and managed teams that invested in fundamental equity, cleantech, and quant strategies, selected external managers, and was involved in macro strategy and asset allocation decisions.
Dan is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and he has completed the ICD Governance Essentials for Directors of Not-For-Profit Organizations. He graduated from Western University with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Dan served as Board Chair for CFA Society Toronto and Chair of its Governance and Membership Committees. He was also Vice Chair and a founding member of CFA Societies Canada. Dan coached competitive minor hockey for 13 years and is active on the Governance Committee for the Oakville Rangers Hockey Club.
Outside work, Dan enjoys hockey, cycling, golf, going to the gym, and spending time at the cottage with his family.
Patty is a Senior Adviser and joined Beekman Wealth Advisory in 2012, which merged with Prime Quadrant US in 2022.
Previously, she had been an executive with JH Whitney Investment Management, LLC, a registered investment adviser, where she rose to the position of Chief Financial Officer; an accounting manager and senior manager of contracts administration at Daimler Chrysler Capital Services; and a supervising senior accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP.
Patty earned her BBA and MBA in Public Accounting from Pace University, where she was named the Outstanding Female Accountant.
Wayne Edelist is a Senior Consultant at Prime Quadrant. He brings to his clients the experience and investing knowledge earned during an international career in finance spanning 25 years and counting.
Starting in Toronto with RBC Dominion Securities, moving on to become a seasoned professional over 9 years in New York City with Goldman, Sachs & Co., he was then recruited to Hong Kong where he worked for Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and Société Générale over a 12-year stint, mainly focused on equity derivatives. Wayne has advised and serviced many sophisticated professional investors, including some of the world’s most prominent sovereign wealth, pension and hedge funds.
Wayne graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Actuarial Science and was awarded the London Life Gold Medal. Concurrently, he earned his professional qualification as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA). He is a CFA charterholder.
Outside of work he is the father of two teenaged boys and has been pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable it has been becoming a dedicated CrossFit athlete.
Jim is a PM, Head of External Managers of Prime Quadrant.
Jim joins us with a wealth of experience gained from his 15-year tenure at CPP Investments as well as from his recent position as a Visiting Researcher at Bodhi Research Group. While at CPP Investments in Toronto and Hong Kong, Jim gained broad and diverse experience across several areas including investment research and due diligence, asset allocation, portfolio construction, financial modeling, relationship management and business planning. A notable highlight of Jim’s CPP Investments tenure was his experience building and managing a variety of global investment portfolios, and he was a key contributor to the growth of the firm’s emerging market portfolio. Jim’s investment experience spans both public and private markets.
Jim received a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School and holds the CFA charter.
Outside of work, Jim can be found paddle boarding, cycling with his family, or attending Paw Patrol concerts with his young daughters. He has also enjoyed supporting efforts to expand life-saving stem cell donations.
Angela then transitioned into her role as the Director of Tax and Accounting at Canadian Family Futures. As a multi-family office specializing in the successful transition of wealth over generations, she worked closely with high-net-worth families as their Chief Financial Officer. Angela focused on reducing complexity and preserving capital to achieve the family's financial goals. She provided proactive management and oversight of her client's financial affairs including tax planning, cash flow management, budgeting and credit needs as well as financial education for the next generation.
Angela graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Professional Accounting. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has completed levels I and II of the In Depth Tax Program.
When she's not at the hockey rink, football field or music studio with her young family, Angela enjoys travelling and spending time in the outdoors.
Katrin Roos is the Manager of Human Resources at Prime Quadrant.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, she developed assessments, designed leadership workshops, managed talent management programs, and led a training team.

Steve Theriault is a Senior Consultant at Prime Quadrant, bringing to clients over 20 years of investment industry experience in equity research, relationship management and credit research.
Steve began his career at the Bank of Montreal in equity and corporate debt research. He moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch to become the lead Canadian financial services analyst and, most recently, was a Principal and Director of Research at Eight Capital. Steve has advised and serviced many of the largest investors across the global pension fund, hedge fund and long-only institutional community.
Steve graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics Degree in Actuarial Science and Economics, with a specialization in Finance and a minor in Statistics. He is a CFA charterholder.
Steve is an avid hockey and squash player and enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling with his family.
Deborah Lee Chang is a Senior Consultant at Prime Quadrant. She is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience managing investments for both institutional and private clients.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Deborah was Lead Portfolio Manager in Institutional (Mutual and Pension) funds and strategies following a Value mandate at TD Asset Management. Deborah started her career in Equity Research at Jones Heward Investment Management (now part of the Bank of Montreal) before becoming Portfolio Manager, Canadian Equities.
Deborah has a long-standing relationship with CFA Society Toronto having served as its President (Chair) of its Board of Directors as well as Chair of its Governance and Membership Committees. She founded the Mentorship program, which won the CFA Institute’s Award for Innovation. Most recently, she was an Adjunct Lecturer for the Master of Finance program at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University.
A graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, Deborah is a CFA charterholder and has experience as a registered Commodity Trading Manager (CTM).
An avid traveler, she is a member of the Travelers’ Century club and enjoys scuba diving with her family. When not in the office or travelling, Deborah enjoys fencing with either a “shinai” (Kendo) or an epee.
Aditi has had a wide range of experiences and roles in the investment advisory industry, in both larger organizations and a start-up, over her 16+ year career. She has a strong background in client relationship management, analytics, and investment-related tax and structuring for individual and institutional investors through her experience at IIFL Wealth Management and Merrill Lynch Global Private Client in India. She also brings international experience with a brief stint in New York to set up and expand IIFL Wealth Management’s North American offering.

Dov Wolman, CPA, is the National Head of Estate, Trust & Tax Strategy at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Dov was an Audit and Assurance Partner in KPMG Montréal’s Private Enterprise practice, where he was also the Managing Partner of his office. In this role, Dov led his team in serving and supporting sophisticated families, entrepreneurs, and privately held enterprises through their day‑to‑day needs, major transitions, structural updates, and generational shifts.
Prior to joining KPMG, Dov started his career as an audit manager at a Big Four audit firm in Montréal and later served as a partner for over 20 years at Perreault, Wolman, Grzywacz. His work during this period always centered on complex tax planning, wealth architecture, succession preparation, and long‑range advisory leadership for multigenerational families.
Beyond his professional commitments, Dov is deeply involved in his community and has served as an executive and board member for multiple organizations in Montreal. He is passionate about fitness and has completed multiple Ironman triathlons, reflecting the discipline and endurance that define his approach to life. Most importantly, Dov treasures spending time with his wife, children, and grandchild, who remain his greatest source of joy and inspiration.
John Durfy is a Senior Consultant & Head of Legacy Asset Solutions at Prime Quadrant.
John has over three decades of leadership experience in investment management, corporate strategy, and financial advisory services. He has led mergers and acquisitions, guided complex corporate restructurings, and co-founded SymBev Inc., a consolidation platform for craft beer and spirits businesses, where he serves as Chairman. His prior executive roles include Chief Executive Officer of High Fusion Inc., Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Sphere Investment Management, and Chief Investment Officer of Spartan Fund Management. Earlier in his career, he held senior portfolio management positions with OMERS, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and McLean Budden, following a financial strategy leadership role with RBC’s Global Private Banking division.
Mr. Durfy is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (retired). He earned his Master of Business Administration from McMaster University and his Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

JP comes to us from State Street where he was a Senior Operations Associate, working with one of their largest clients providing custody, accounting and treasury services.

Betty holds a Master’s in Interaction Design and Business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Integration with a joint Honours in Philosophy, from the University of Waterloo. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Diploma in Software Engineering.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Tom was an Internal Wholesaler with CI Global Asset Management, one of Canada’s leading asset management firms. Tom was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors by recommending investment strategies, marketing ideas and support to help them grow their business and present the best possible investment solutions to clients.
Tom holds a BA from the University of Guelph where he studied economics. He has also earned his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Jake was an investment banking analyst at CIBC World Markets where he assisted companies in the consumer, industrial and telecommunications industries on accessing the capital markets and executing on mergers & acquisitions. Prior thereto, Jake worked alongside management teams to plan and implement various strategic initiatives as a member of PwC’s management consulting practice.

Will Leckey is an Associate Consultant, Family Office Solutions.
Will began his career at Ernst & Young in Toronto, where he developed expertise in tax accounting while working with high-net-worth individuals, real estate corporations, and financial services organizations. He then became a Senior Tax Accountant at Element Fleet Management, joining a highly regarded tax team at an international public company.
Will earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from Dalhousie University and continued his education by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Queen’s University. Will gained his CPA in 2024 and is looking forward to beginning the CPA In-Depth Tax Program.

Divya Reddy is a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Divya worked as a Full-Stack Developer across enterprise and product-driven teams, most recently at Trend Micro and Tecsys. In these roles, she contributed end-to-end to scalable, cloud native applications, building reliable systems and intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on performance and usability.
Divya holds both Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and brings hands-on experience with modern full-stack technologies.
Outside of work, Divya enjoys sketching, exploring UX ideas, and getting lost in crime and mystery novels. She also stays active by playing racket sports and unwinds by experimenting with new baking recipes, her favourite way to recharge creatively.
Mateo Vukovic is a Client Service Associate at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Mateo worked in roles as a Junior Accountant, Junior Financial Analyst, and Accountant supporting Special Projects. His experience spans real estate investments, financial analysis, and accounting, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both operational and financial workflows.
Mateo holds a Bachelor's degree in finance and economics from York University, as well as a diploma in Risk and Insurance Management.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Niv worked as the lead developer for konnect better, where he built their digital platform with AI-driven features. He focuses on creating seamless user experiences and helping organizations make complex processes simpler and more efficient.
Niv holds a Technical Certificate in Full Stack Development from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.

Suyog Bhise is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems Engineer at Prime Quadrant.
Before joining Prime Quadrant, Suyog applied his machine learning and AI expertise across multiple sectors, spanning marketing technology at Kognitiv, credit risk at Equifax, and data strategy at Rogers Communications.
Suyog hold a Master of Science in Physics from Mumbai University and an MBA in Finance from McMaster University. Suyog enjoys solving hard problems at the intersection of logic and money.

Mahyar Taheri is a Quality Assurance (QA) and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Mahyar worked in software testing across multiple industries, including e-commerce, education, gaming, and finance. He has a strong background in building software, testing frameworks and helping teams adopt and maintain quality best practices.
He graduated from Iran University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.

Connor Yuan is a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Prime Quadrant. He builds and maintains end-to-end web applications, focusing on clean architecture, reliable APIs, and scalable front-end experiences. He works closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver features from discovery through deployment.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Connor developed internal tools and customer-facing products across full-stack roles, with experience spanning React/TypeScript on the front end and Node.js, Python, and Java on the back end, supported by SQL databases and modern CI/CD practices.
Connor has a Master’s degree in Applied Computing from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Ashley worked for the President of the Treasury Board of Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys volunteering in her community, being the social coordinator amongst her friends, and learning as much as she can on topics of interest.
Quentin Stikkers is an Associate Consultant at Prime Quadrant.
He assists with the Prime Quadrant Partners program, which focuses on direct and co-investment opportunities on behalf of Prime Quadrant clients.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Quentin worked on the investment team at Teslin Capital Management, a long-term-oriented Dutch investment fund. Before Teslin, he worked at Nomura, Deutsche Bank and at a Dutch private equity fund focused on food and agriculture during his studies.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Ananya worked as a Financial Analyst at KPMG. Ananya has a strong background in accounting and finance across various industries, having previously worked at McKeil Marine Limited, Habitat for Humanity, and PointClickCare.
Ananya holds a BBA Co-op degree from Brock University, specializing in accounting with a minor in economics. She is also currently pursuing her CPA designation.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Lachlan was an Associate at Roxborough Advisory where he provided support to the Founder across various advisory activities, with a focus on researching ESG, DEI, and cultural issues affecting client companies. Rashmi Krishnamohan is a Data Reporting Associate at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Rashmi worked in both the non-profit and consulting sectors, most recently leading data reporting and analysis efforts at United Way in Windsor. While there, she supported program strategy through ETL processes, geographic insights, and performance forecasting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
Rashmi holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering and brings 7 years of experience in data analysis. She is passionate about making data accessible, actionable, and aligned with business goals.

She was part of the accounting team for a tech start-up in Toronto and brings non-profit accounting experience from past roles at MaRS Discovery District and Ve’ahavta in Toronto.

Michael Ochakovsky is an Operations Associate at Prime Quadrant.
He brings a strong background in client service and documentation support through his experience at Canaccord Genuity, where he played a key role in onboarding new clients transitioning from other advisors. His responsibilities included preparing and processing account opening documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. He also supported branch operations by reviewing Investment Advisor Assistant documentation to activate trading capabilities and assisted house account clients by managing documentation and client communications. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a major in Global Management and a minor in Finance from Ryerson University and is an aspiring CFA charterholder.
In addition to his work in finance, Michael founded Mikey’s Swim School, a program dedicated to teaching water safety and swim skills to individuals of all ages. Dennis Ly is a Senior Investment Analyst at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Dennis was an associate at State Street Corporation, where he was responsible for daily trade management, managing risk and preparing evaluation reports for alternative investment vehicles. He also acted as a liaison between internal teams and a primary point of contact for institutional clients to address inquiries and requests.
Dennis graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course. Dennis is a CFA Level III candidate.
Dennis grew up playing a variety of sports and remains an avid runner. When he isn’t working, Dennis enjoys playing golf, hockey and trying out new restaurants.
Aryan Aggarwal is an Operations Associate at Prime Quadrant.
He previously interned at CIBC, where he enhanced risk management processes in capital markets, and at the NATO Association of Canada, where he led a CRM platform migration and organized events for global stakeholders. Aryan also founded a tutoring service for IB students, mentoring over 150 students annually in New York City.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto as an International Scholar, and is an aspiring CFA charterholder.

Nevenka Camovic is an accountant at Prime Quadrant. Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, she worked at Great Circle Solar Management Corporation (GCSMC) in Toronto, where she held the role of Project Accountant. Nevenka’s responsibilities at GCSMA encompassed full cycle accounting for several entities (solar farms), including forecasting cash flows, completing financial statements, preparing budgets, and overseeing credit agreements (loans, LCs, and swaps). Before GCSMC, Nevenka held accounting roles with two non-profits in Toronto, Circle Community Land Trust and Arthritis Society Canada.
Nevenka emigrated to Canada from Albania in 2019, where she spent 12 years with Alpha Bank in various roles including Branch Manager. She began her career with Deloitte in London, UK, after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Buckingham in 2004.
Outside of work, Nevenka keeps busy with her two young children.
Jeffrey Du is a Senior Private Client Associate at Prime Quadrant.
Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Jeffrey gained extensive consulting experience in risk management and financial engineering at Deloitte and EY. He also worked at Citigroup as a Vice President, where he developed and implemented Agile transformation strategies for the Risk Management Technology group.
Jeffrey holds a Master of Financial Risk Management degree from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto and has successfully completed all levels of the CFA Program.

Prior to joining the team, William spent more than nine years working in capital markets, comprising four years in commercial real estate asset management and investments and five years in equity research. He has developed a strong foundation in relationship management and financial modeling through roles at two real estate private equity funds and two investment banks in Toronto.
William is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
Outside of work, William enjoys Muay Thai, rock climbing, softball, volleyball, and reading fiction. When he’s not in Toronto, he can often be found dirt biking through the woods of Southern Ontario or New Brunswick.
Amy Hambly is the Manager of Events & Engagement at Prime Quadrant.
Amy has a wealth of experience supporting top executives at companies like Chesswood Group Limited, Toronto Arrows RFC, Waypoint Investment Partners, and Gluskin Sheff and Associates.
Amy is passionate about organizational excellence. Her career highlights include planning Chesswood’s Annual General Meeting, playing a crucial role in the inception and growth of the Toronto Arrows Rugby Club, leading complex immigration and property management projects, and managing the logistical aspects of running a professional sports team. Amy loves a challenge, especially one that she can assist in remedying.
