Shiva Ramsamooj is a Business Analyst at Prime Quadrant.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Shiva served as a Technical Product Manager at Relay Platform, where he led large-scale API integrations, collaborated with cross-functional teams on feature development, and used data-driven insights to enhance digital products for the insurance technology sector. His work focused on bridging business needs with technical delivery, improving partner collaboration and driving efficiency across the product lifecycle.

Most recently, Shiva worked at STAN AI as an AI Technical Specialist, where he improved customer support operations and led “STAN Academy,” a knowledge and enablement platform designed to streamline internal training and client education.

Shiva holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Sheridan College.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing basketball and softball, discovering new restaurants and playing board games with friends.
