Sharlene joined Prime Quadrant in 2022 as a Private Client Associate and moved into a Strategic Partnerships role in 2026, where she works closely with advisors to help bring a more integrated approach to their client relationships. Her focus includes supporting access to institutional-quality investments, thoughtful governance structures, and philanthropic planning.

She also leads the Trusted Partners program, building a network of aligned professionals across complementary disciplines to ensure clients receive cohesive, high-quality advice beyond what Prime Quadrant provides in-house.

Sharlene graduated from Western University with a BMOS degree, specializing in Finance.

Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active through a variety of sports, volunteering with Good Shepherd Ministries, and spending time outdoors hiking with her dog.
