Jolene Watkin is an Associate at Prime Quadrant and the Co-Founder of Konnect Better.

Jolene is a Western University graduate with an Honours degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies, specializing in Consumer Behaviour. Her professional experience includes internships with HearstLab in New York, where she supported female-led SaaS start-ups in securing Series A funding, and CGI in Toronto, where she refined her project management and business development skills.

At Konnect Better, Jolene leads the development of interactive tools designed to help people build stronger and more meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Jolene enjoys fashion, food, and sports, like soccer and pickleball. She was actively involved in university clubs, including the Women in Business Club and SPUR Fashion Club, where she served as head stylist. Her community work includes philanthropic initiatives that support local food banks and raise awareness for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
