Prime Quadrant Partners Completes Real Estate Investment with Dalfen Industrial and Starwood Capital Group
We are delighted to announce our third investment and inaugural real estate investment through our direct investing platform, Prime Quadrant Partners. Prime Quadrant Partners co-invested alongside Dalfen Industrial to acquire 38 high-quality, prime in-fill logistics assets in partnership with an affiliate of the Starwood Capital Group for a total consideration of approximately $685 million. The portfolio comprises 5.0 million square feet of last-mile industrial facilities in high-demand markets like Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, and Austin.
