Ji-A Min is the Manager of Learning & Development at Prime Quadrant.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, she developed assessments, designed leadership workshops, managed talent management programs, and led a training team.

Ji-A holds a MASc in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a BA in Psychology from McGill University.

Outside of work, she has fun lifting weights, swimming in Ontario’s beautiful lakes, and watching a good heist movie.
