Betelhem “Betty” Alemayehu is a Product Manager, Enablement and Communications at Prime Quadrant.

Working at the intersection of business analysis, product design and software development. She brings a strong background in digital re-engineering solutions, having led process improvement initiatives at Affirm and Scotiabank for 19MM+ users globally.

Betty holds a Master’s in Interaction Design and Business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Integration with a joint Honours in Philosophy, from the University of Waterloo. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Diploma in Software Engineering.

Outside of work, Betty is passionate about movement, wellness, and mentorship. She is a certified yoga teacher, trained in traditional Thai massage, and actively supports young entrepreneurs through Junior Achievement.
