Dijana Ebach is the Chief of Staff at Prime Quadrant and sits on the HR, Business Development, and Social & Communications committees.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Dijana was the Chapter Manager for one of the largest Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) chapters in the world. She is an expert in organizational engagement & Board operations, curating the highest quality of executive learning and programming, as well as strategic partnerships.

Prior to YPO, Dijana served as the Customer Experience Director for one of Canada’s oldest HR providers.

Dijana holds a diploma in film and television production from the Toronto Film School and is a serial volunteer.

She enjoys running, the arts, the Toronto food scene, and above all, spending time with her young family.
