Rashmi Krishnamohan is a Data Reporting Associate at Prime Quadrant.

Prior to joining Prime Quadrant, Rashmi worked in both the non-profit and consulting sectors, most recently leading data reporting and analysis efforts at United Way in Windsor. While there, she supported program strategy through ETL processes, geographic insights, and performance forecasting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Rashmi holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering and brings 7 years of experience in data analysis. She is passionate about making data accessible, actionable, and aligned with business goals.

Outside of work, Rashmi enjoys playing badminton and spending time with her two bunnies. She also loves exploring cozy cafés and working on personal data projects.
