Karly Miculis is Assistant Controller at Prime Quadrant.

She most recently served as Finance Manager at a highly acquisitive vertical market software company, where she led financial reporting, M&A integration, and operational efficiency initiatives across a portfolio of businesses. She began her career at Ernst & Young, gaining Big Four experience in audit and assurance across a range of industries.

Karly is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Outside of work, Karly enjoys travelling, exploring new culinary spots, and running.
